Interior Segregation Segregation inside Not only is Atlantic Station an island within the city it is also an island within itself. From the start Atlantic Station was developed as 3 districts. These districts are arranged as separate entities within the entire development. The layout of each district is of its own design without any relationship to the others except for 16th and 17th Steet connecting them. Rather than continuing the grid from Town Center, the Commons and Tech Village mold to the site in their own fashion. How they will actually interact is unknown, but as of now it seems as though they will work independently and only interact with the other districts if and when it is needed. ![]() |
