Atlantic Station - Atlanta, Georgia
JDI's Atlantic Station project, in a prime downtown Atlanta location next to the I-75/I-85 interchange, is transforming the former Atlantic Steel site, 138-acre brownfield into a model of 21st century urbanism where people live, work and play in a convenient, attractive inner city setting. Comprising the largest cleanup of an industrial site in the Southeast, the mixed-use project represents a new echelon in community redevelopment.
